Xen IV Technologies is a remote IT consultancy and development company, based mainly in Singapore and Thailand. We are deliberately small: the people you talk to are the people writing the code and running the servers.
We take on work we can support for years rather than volume, and we would rather decline a project than staff it thinly.

No account layer between you and the engineers. Written updates, and a straight answer when something is late or harder than expected.
Pragmatic engineering
The boring option usually wins. We choose tools by fit and support life, not novelty.
Maintainability
Code, infrastructure and documentation that another team could pick up. Nothing depends on one person’s memory.
Transparency
Clear scope, clear rates, and access to repositories and infrastructure you pay for.
Long-term thinking
Decisions are judged by what they cost to live with, not by launch date alone.
Confidentiality
Much of our work is not public. We describe it in general terms and name clients only with permission.
